The Museum of Indian Culture is a non-profit educational organization dedicated to presenting, preserving, and perpetuating the history and cultural heritage of the Northeastern Woodland Indians and other American Indian tribes. It accomplishes this mission through a comprehensive resource center and library, annual special events, workshops, and educational programs. Our galleries include artifacts from a prehistoric rock shelter excavation, beaded cradleboards, Native basketry, prehistoric and modern Native pottery, early 20th century photographs of Native peoples from the southwest, items recovered from the Little Bighorn battlefield, and much more. Our annual events have been regional favorites for years, and include Artifest in June, our Native American festival in August, Fright Night in October, and an Open House in November. The Museum is family-friendly.
Museum of Indian Culture – Allentown, PA is a post from: Pennsylvania Tourism
